Air conditioning issues need addressing!!! Restaurant service left much to be desired, including slow response times!!! Consider improving maintenance protocols for air conditioning to enhance guest comfort!!!

The attentive staff, especially in the restaurant, made my wait pleasant when our room wasn't ready. The kitchenette was a bonus, but I had to request utensils beforehand, and the shower issue slightly impacted our experience.

Wicked nice place! The staff was super friendly and the view of the Hassan II Mosque from our Bronze Studio was just incredible. The breakfast had fresh croissants that made my mornings a treat, but could use a bit more fruit. The shower had great hot water too!

The spacious Gold Suite offered a fantastic balcony view of the nearby Hassan II Mosque and served as a comfortable retreat. However, the bathroom had noticeable issues with water leakage, causing minor inconveniences. Overall, a decent stay with secure parking and a prime location near dining options.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring the nearby Marina and Port. The location is super convenient for accessing local attractions. Breakfast was decent, and the view from our room was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The building is misleading. it shows a grand hotel facade but is actually just a section of private apartments. Accessing the underground parking requires some driving skill due to a poorly designed ramp, which might scrape your car if you're not careful. The elevators are also a headache, with one often out of service, leading to frustrating waits. Breakfast is just okay—eggs come with an extra charge, a puzzling decision when they could easily be included.
